NIGHT OF THE MUSEUMS AT CARTAGENA

The Museum will celebrate the Night os the Museum with an extraordinary  free opening to 2:00 a.m. Also our visitors will be able to enjoy a concert  os classical music at 20:00 p.m at the temporary exhibition room or a concert with the pop group Soul Fandango at 1:00 am .

TEMPORARY EXHIBITION: DE HÉREOES Y TRAVESÍAS. TIEMPOS ENCONTRADOS

From 20 of april to 30 of june of 2012

 

 The collection of archaeological objects of ARQUA and the portraits of the contemporary art collection of THE NAVAL appears into the showcases of ARQUA in an timeless amalgam in which the works of contemporary artists are recognized as heirs of the ancient cultural evolution, mixing mediterranean peoples and cultures.

Paintings, photography and sculptures that capture the essence of modern man camouflaged deliberately between their ancestors to make us a quick wink in which archeology makes sense as a sign and proof of an evolution that leads us to the future.

The Museum has all the information in english, also audioguides in english are available  for our visitors (2€)

Saturdays afternoon and sundays: Free

NEW opening hours tuesday to thursday  from 10:00 to 21:00, friday and saturday from 10:00 to 22:00, sundays from 10:00 to 15:00
